Some sessions leave me with even more creative energy than I go into them with, and Ashley and Alex’s engagement did just that. I’m not sure if it was being immersed in a part of San Francisco I hadn’t yet explored, or the way Ashley’s outfits contrasted each location, or the fact that champagne was involved; the two hours we spent together gave me a mid-busy-season boost and I have been so excited to share what we created. (Almostttt as excited as I am to photograph their wedding next year!)
