I’ve been photographing weddings for quite a while now, and I must say I’ve consistently been blessed with the most easygoing, down to earth couples. But Lyndsey and Sean might have topped them all.
Nothing phased them – not getting locked out of their venue, not pushing the rehearsal to just hours before the actual ceremony, not smoke from the Camp Fire clouding the venue. They took it all in stride and I saw nothing but joy and anticipation come from them.
Their wedding was one of most beautiful I’ve witnessed, wildfire smoke and all. (In fact, the smoke made it even prettier.) The mountains of the Bay in the background, the ceremony officiated by a friend, handwritten vows and heartfelt toasts, the candid interactions between them and their family. I left their wedding feeling incredibly lucky to have been the one to document it.
Congrats again, you two!
